|1993||BALTI International was founded as an international stocking distributor of telecommunication equipment. In the same year it signed a contract with Telebit Corporation (the original inventor of packet switching and dial-on-demand Internet router), as an Authorized International Reseller for Eastern Europe Region.|
Authorized International Partner of Digi International, adding full line of DigiBoard multiport serial cards to its product line. In the same year the company signs a reseller agreement with Motorola-Codex (ISG) and becomes the leading supplier of Codex products to Eastern Europe region.
|1996||Cisco Authorized Partner, adds CiscoPRO line of products. During the year, the company is partnering with DSL technology pioneer PairGain Technologies, Inc. and begins marketing full line of PairGain's DSL networking systems (HiGain T1/E1, PG-Flex, Campus and Megabit Modems access solution) to its international partners.|
|1997||The company expands its product line offering by opening Wireless Product Division and adding Wireless LAN and 2-way Radio technologies line of products to its portfolio. In the same year the company signs Authorized Reseller Agreement with AIRONET Wireless Communications, Inc (acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000). During the year, the company becomes Authorized International Dealer for Kenwood Communication and Vertex Radio Communications.|
|1998 - 2000||The company is partnering with NY based satellite internet technology provider NetSat Express, Inc. and becomes first DirecPC technology provider to Russia and Ukraine through its European Partners. Company also signs International Distribution Agreement with Cyclades Corporation and Authorized Reseller Agreement with Eicon Technologies(Eicon Networks).|
|2001 - 2002||Following the industry trends, the company consolidates its product line expanding into complete solution providers and technology outsourcing business. By strengthening engineering and tech support team, and building State of the Art in-house Cisco Lab, the company offers complete and cost effective IP and VOIP network solutions to its partners.|
|2003 - 2004||BALTI opens Technology Asset Recovery division expanding into technology remarketing business. This enables us to provide our budget oriented partners with the most cost effective networking solutions by utilizing cost advantage of surplus networking hardware.|
|2005 - 2007||The company further expands its technology asset recovery division by adding industrial automation, control, and test equipment line of products, including products by Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley), Omron, Siemens, Modicon, and Fluke.|
|2008||Adding to steady growth and success, the company further expands its online presence by launching innovative e-commerce site PLCHardware.com. The site provides the most comprehensive and complete online catalog for surplus and used Allen Bradley and Cisco products on the Web.|
